Sara is one of our massage therapists. She was raised on the west side of Pittsburgh and attended West Allegheny School District. She then went on to attend the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy.
She is very enthusiastic about what she does and provides a very caring and comforting Swedish Massage. She has a knack for discovering neuromuscular trigger points, or hyper-irritable spots in the muscles, and releasing them by applying compression, at the patient's request. These tiny 'tangles' of muscle fibers are common causes of pain and lack of range of motion and Sara has a passion for working them out.
Sara has helped many clients, friends, and family to either experience stress relief or relief from pain or a combination of both.
In her free time Sara loves spending time with her two newly adopted cats, being a vegan foodie, indulging in sci-fi/fantasy type shows and video games, listening to almost every genre of music, and watching many content creators on Youtube.
